# About TVshuru

TVshuru is a TV-first hospitality platform by Tangible Spin LLP. We help hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments make services easier to discover from the biggest screen already inside the room.

## What we believe

- The TV is for discovery: guests should be able to browse dining, amenities, concierge, wellness, transport, offers, and local experiences without downloading another app first.
- The phone is for private action: when a flow needs payment, identity, forms, maps, tickets, or confirmation, the guest phone is the better surface.
- Hotels should control the journey: property teams need a branded, updateable channel that reduces repeated calls and gives services the visibility they deserve.

## Founder

TVshuru is led by Rohan Sandeep, a Bengaluru-based builder and founder with 26+ years of experience in design leadership, user research, product strategy, and human-centered systems. His profile includes design leadership at Qapita, Scripbox, Freshworks, VMware, athenahealth, SAP, and Oracle, plus founder experience with A-Engage.

That background shapes TVshuru's product point of view: make hotel services visible on the in-room TV, keep interactions clear and accessible, and use the guest phone only when it makes the experience better.
