# TVshuru Care

TVshuru Care turns the bedside television into a calm patient engagement surface. Patients can use the screen already in the room for non-urgent requests, meal and comfort flows, prescribed education, care-team information, entertainment, and family connection.

Care complements certified nurse call systems. Emergencies still belong on the certified call button; TVshuru Care routes non-urgent needs to the right team so the call light can mean something more urgent.

## What the bedside screen can do

- Show the day's care information in plain language.
- Route non-urgent requests such as water, blankets, housekeeping, or meal questions.
- Deliver prescribed education and teach-back prompts.
- Offer comfort content, relaxation, entertainment, and family video visits.
- Give patients and families a visible, accessible place to understand what happens next.
