# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TVshuru application and related hospitality TV experience ("App"), operated by Tangible Spin LLP ("we", "our", "us"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TVshuru app on a compatible TV device, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 2. Description of Service

TVshuru is a hospitality TV application that lets hotels and similar properties present services, facilities, dining, concierge options, transport, wellness, offers, and local experiences through a lean-back TV interface.

## 3. Eligibility

You may use the App if you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

## 4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Not use the App to infringe upon the rights of others.
- Not attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or security.
- Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App.

## 5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the TVshuru app are owned by or licensed to Tangible Spin LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible TV devices as made available by TVshuru or the participating property.

## 6. Content

Content available through the App may be provided by hotels, vendors, local partners, or other third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, price, timing, or availability of any third-party or property-provided content. Availability may vary by property and may change without notice.

## 7. No Account Required

Guests can browse the TV experience without creating an account. Certain request, booking, payment, or follow-up flows may continue on a phone or third-party service chosen by the property.

## 8. Availability and Updates

- We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or comply with platform requirements.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) with or without notice.

## 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tangible Spin LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

## 11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tangible Spin LLP, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

## 12. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or rely on third-party services, hotel systems, payment links, booking tools, maps, or platform services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

## 13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

## 14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

## 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

## 16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
