What devices does TVshuru support?

TVshuru is built for hospitality TV deployments, including Samsung Tizen TVs and Android TV / Google TV devices used in hotel rooms and serviced apartments.

Is TVshuru for guests or hotel teams?

Guests use the room TV experience. Hotel and operations teams manage content, services, and requests through the TVshuru platform.

Do I need to create an account?

Guests can browse the room TV experience without creating an account. Some request or booking flows may continue on phone through a QR handoff.

The app is not loading or shows a blank screen

Try these steps: (1) Check the TV network connection. (2) Restart the TV app. (3) Clear the app cache if your device allows it. (4) Contact your TVshuru deployment contact if the property content is not loading.

How do I navigate the app?

Use your TV remote's directional pad (D-pad) to navigate. Press the center/select button to choose items. Press the back button to go to the previous screen.

How do I delete my data?

All data is stored locally on your device. Go to Settings → Apps → TVshuru → Clear data, or uninstall the app. See our Data Deletion page for detailed instructions.

Can TVshuru be customized for a property?

Yes. TVshuru supports property-specific branding, service categories, local recommendations, QR handoff flows, and tenant-scoped content.
